I was referred by an employee and received an initial HR Interview. The interview was very old school traditional which was unexpected from a tech company, yet in retrospect it makes sense given the size of the company. The individual I spoke to gave me no chance to ask my own questions in the interview and ended the call ahead of time. I understand that this can be a sign that they are not interested in the applicant, but a week later I followed up and the HR person still said they were considering me as an applicant. 2 weeks later I was informed that they had not chosen to move on with me.

Ich musste mich zwischendurch einmal erkundigen. Aber es war OK, danach kamen Reaktionen prompt.
Insgesamt ein guter Prozess, den ich weiterempfehlen kann. Fragen wurden auch zwischen den Gesprächen beantwortet.

Entretien
Very lengthy. this was the longest three interviews that took full 2 months I have ever given. Also, the interview was held by 6 people in 2 different rounds. It was difficult to tackle their questions in one 1 hour interview.
The recruiter was so clueless about the process no proper updates were provided while the interview rounds.
They had some concerns about the visa and immigration thing for my profile and they flagged my profile negatively without clarifying the details with me.
Very bad communication and I was so mad at the recruiter. After such longest, lengthiest interviews there was no reply about the final decision from the HR or Recruiter.
At least they should email for the final decision anything positive or negative.
