It was normal hangouts interview, the interviewer asked about my projects and i explained and he asked some doubts regarding my projects and i explained and overall it was very good.
The interview process lacked clear communication and transparency. Follow-ups were required to receive updates despite being in the interview pipeline. The reason provided for rejection—a specific skill experience—did not align with the job descriptions or earlier discussions during the process at all. that skill was nowhere to be mentioned in the job poster. I asked if they have female at all in interview panel was totally dismissed when asked later. Super disappointing and proved to be an attept to gate a keep a W.

Entretien
Skype followed by 2 rounds of onsite process. All technical. Coding challenges and your understanding of subjects you like the most. You can choose any language to code. Code quality is checked more than syntax. You should know in and out of the projects you are explaining.
