First, you will attend the Thursday Zoom presentation so the company can show you our rates live and tell about the comp and benefits, etc. Then you can onboard if you are interested. Onboareding, you just call in to the onboarding person (On Zoom) with the person who referred you, and they get your info. Onboarding is pretty fast- background and credit and everything can be done in 1-2 business days

Meet with the director to see how many you have done. If brand new to go to the Academy for 6 loans. The interview is fairly simple. Ultimately you will get job because the company gets paid when you close a loan.
