There were 2 stages of interview process. First stage was with the team and the second stage was with the head of department and senior personnel. The interview was quite straight forward and the interviewers for both stages were quite friendly and pleasent. However, what really spoiled what could be an overall pleasent and professional interview experience was the lack of communication and responses on HR's part. After multiple attempts of following up with the HR, I only received their response around 2+ months after my last interview. It was clear that I was being ghosted which was totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope their HR and hiring team would improve on their communications skills and be a bit more considerate and professional.
