The interview process was mostly done over the phone. While the subject matter dealt with high-stress duties, the job interview itself was very laid back. The job initially described changed pretty quickly once I was hired.
One virtual inteview on hirevue. After that no follow up, the interview is with a prompt and you answer it on the computer with a time limit. I had trouble uploading my answers.
