First-round was a HireVue internship with more general questions about the role and interest in NFL and specific department of interest. The second interview was with a member of said department, a team member, or a potential direct report.

Entretien
It was an online application filled out by deadline. Resume, cover letter and a few questions. Nothing too hard but take your time on the application. The application window is pretty small so make sure to get working on your application as soon as it opens.
Initial HireVue assessment with about 10 questions. The next round was with manager-level members of the department. The final round was with director-level members of the department. Not overly technical, focused mostly on behavioral and relevant experience.

Entretien
It was very streamlined, but the first interview you do not speak with a person. At least this was the case for NFL Films department. The second interview which also happened to be the final round was with people who worked within the NFL films department. They asked run of the mill questions like why you would want to work for us and where do you see yourself in 5 years.
