Applied online and got an email from a recruiter 1 month later. Had an interview with the HR recruiter and then about 1.5 weeks later had a panel style call with 3 team members. Thought they went very well and felt confident. The negative experience was the terrible communication from the HR team/recruiter. I had to follow up 3 times without receiving so much as a response for almost two months. Finally followed up one last time and they said they already hired a different candidate... I asked for interview feedback and if there were any other roles we could chat about and once again, zero response. Extremely frustrating and rude experience to go through hours of interviews and then not hear anything from the HR team only for them to say the role was filled. Do better at communicating with candidates instead of wasting their time.
