Telephone interview, Face to Face interview, Role Play. Phone interview was straight forward competency questions. and a chat about yourself and NFU Mutual. Face to Face was two interviewers, one mainly writing notes. Role play was based on a typical query you'd receive while dealing with policies.

Really clear slick and useful resources. Took around 3 months from application to final stage interview consisted of telephone interview, virtual interview and assessment day which were all run really well.

Took around 2 weeks, very easy process with great communication from hiring manager, was made to feel very at ease during the first and second interview stages, overall great experience.
