Application and then online interview. The rest was a presentation and q and a style of process. Very detailed with questions about what they do, policies, diversity and working within limits and others within the team

Entretien
There was a senior pwp present with two other people. They asked me some questions surrounding soft skills (organisational) along with more unique to the job, such as case load management and stress management. All questions you would expect. Nothing scary, they were very friendly.
