It was mainly answering questions about your own motivations to join the department. There were also questions that asked you to demonstrate your understanding of the Trust's core values and previous experience e.g. 'can you name three of the Trust's values?' Short reasoning and arithmetic tests asking what you would do in everyday office scenarios, and putting reference numbers in order respectively.

Simply emailed me with interview dates and location and any extra info needed. They then phoned me back with feedback from the interview and of course the results. Also made me do a typing test where had to copy out an email and then also made me save it.
