Anschließend gehen wir meinen Lebenslauf entlang und vertiefen einzelne Erfahrungen. Darauf folgen fachliche Fragen sowie eine kurze Fall- oder Aufgabenstellung, um meine Herangehensweise zu sehen. Danach stelle ich meine Rückfragen zu Rolle, Team und Erwartungen.
