Avoid this company. The role requires full on-site work in Egypt from 10 AM to 7 PM while following European working days (Saturday and Sunday off). During the hiring process, there was a lack of salary transparency. The interviewer initially stated that there was no defined salary range, but after I shared my expectations, they indicated that the range was between 10,000 and 25,000 EGP maximum. When I asked about benefits, the interviewer responded dismissively and stated that no company would offer profit sharing to a junior employee. Overall, the interview experience was unprofessional and lacked transparency. The offered salaries are below market level, especially considering that there are no additional benefits or allowances.

The interview process very long somewhat but it's very good interviewers very friendly questions very easy you can talk with him by emails and answer in the same time every thing in process is very clean .
