Applied online after hearing about the available position and emailed the HR manager directly. I received an email about a month and a half later regarding a phone screening. After the phone screening, I was invited to conduct a formal interview with a panel. It consisted of the standard behavioral questions and such. I though it was very straight forward and the questions reflected those I answered during the phone screening.
