Applied for a role here and had a first round phone interview as well as a second round that consisted of four hours of in-person interviews in the NPR offices in DC. Someone else that they wanted me to interview with was remote so I had another 30 minute interview over the phone. The role may not have been a fit but I sent thank you notes and was gracious along the way. I never heard back. I followed up twice with the HR representative and one more HR staff to get a final decision or and feedback. Never heard anything - I found this a bit shocking after taking that much time to interview with the company.
