Initial contact to schedule the interview was within 2 weeks of applying. The interview consisted of overviewing my professional background followed by hushed mentions of the difficulty of dealing with some of the egos among the doctors/researchers. The interview felt solid, but I did not hear follow up for several weeks. I then received a job offer while I was out of town. I responded when I first read it, which was weeks after they had sent it. I opted to decline due to what felt like red flags, including but not limited to the fact that they sent me a job offer, then they didn't hear any response from me for a couple weeks, then didn't think bother to send any sort of follow up, further highlighting to me how disjointed everything was
