Although the application process was smooth, the interviews were poor. For the first stage face to face interview both members of the panel appeared fairly unprepared and they followed up with a second phone interview repeating a lot of the same questions they’d already asked. When I asked some questions about the role, I don’t feel they answered these very effectively
