Typical HR questions: 1. Can you devote full-time i.e. 40 hours/week work to our company? 2. Have you ever worked remotely? 3. We are offering a long-term opportunity in the frame of a service contract agreement i.e. it is not a project work, neither an employment relationship. Would such a freelancer agreement suit you? 4. What is your yearly salary / hourly rate requirement? 5. If agreed, when could you start working with us? Tech interview is deep, with a lot questions regarding the position
HR Call, followed by a Questionnaire, and then a Final Call.
