I contacted HR and told them I submitted and application. The next day I spoke on the phone with her and she referred me to her colleague (another woman from HR). The colleague set up the meeting for today . I had to speak with the HR first and then the nurse manager for 30 mins each. The first meeting with HR was cancelled because of an emergency so I only spoke to the nurse manager. It went really well and she was very enthusiastic and willing to share about the program. ( I put no offer cause I took the interview today.)

Submit an application through the online portal> take the time to write a thoughtful cover letter> have one call w recruiter and expect to answer basic questions > interview with unit managers> offer > reference checks
