"An interview in Nagaro" is only for fun and they wanted to make fun of the job seekers. It's a waste of time and money. This is the second time with me in Nagaro.
after waiting for 5 hours, A very tired interviewer came and started taking interviews. He gave me some problem and went to other interviewee. He was interviewing 3 candidate at time because of lack of proper arrangement of the interview panel. And repeatedly going to those who were giving interviews on same time. After not answering only one of the 5 questions, gave me away and did not give me another chance. it was kind of escilation round.

Entretien
There was an IQ test for Software Engineer having 10+ years experience. Are you serious Nagarro? You are asking a boat is sailing up stream and down stream kind of questions to software developers?
IQ test can be ok for freshers but not for experienced persons who has to work with technology, code and tools. If you want to ask IQ questions you can ask basic programming questions to filter out applications.
By doing this you are really losing great resources.
Really waste of time.
