Entretien
Good but sometimes you feel they are asking questions which are unrealistic and need mugging up of things...
1 round- apti
2 round - coding on strings or arrays.
3 round - f2f taken by a team member somewhere around 3-5 experienced guy
4 round - f2f by architect.
5 round - hr
upto 3 rounds it feels damn good f2f will be good n on real concepts and usage...
4 round with architect is where the idiotic part begins...they will ask you about frameworks their versions compare of jdk, and everything which is nowhere related to real world implemetation .
n+1 hibernates, versions of web service used...n all this will be lasting for 10 mins where as 3 round will go for 1 hr....highly unrealistic stuff as compared to 3 round.
