Interview process was nice and I believe lots of effort always been made for a nice interview process.But every nice process result into disappointment if it is not been followed sincerely from both parties. After giving IQ test and puzzle test, I had gone through 3 rounds of technical interview. 1st Round: The interviewer was not at all behaving in professional way. He attended 3 personal calls and was talking in front of me only and believe me 100% talk was not at all was urgent also he was continuously involved with his phone. It was very frustrating. Dear you are not taking an interview of a fresher and even he/she is a fresher you must not do it. Your attention was proven when you gave negative feedback to the HR for the concepts for which U DID'T ask a SINGLE question. 2nd Round: I have a great respect for the 2nd gentleman . He behave in a very nice way and asked lots of concepts and listen to my answer carefully. I could able to answer almost 95 % in a very good way. It was the toughest set of question i ever faced. 3rd Round: The interviewer was very nice but I don't know what is the point of asking question like * The evolution of some framework version by version and that too for many framework. I don't understand what you are going to achieve by that. It was overall a worst experience of all the interview I gave till now. Although I gave feedback to the HR there only but man come on. Please show some professional behavior. This was just for few hours.You definitely wont expect such for you.

3 online tests- IQ test, MCQ test, Coding test. 2 technical interviews I was rejected in the 1st round even after the interview going well. No transparency on the feedback also. The interviewer kept on smiling and was nodding his head consistently after correct answer but then when I got the feedback I was shocked that I was rejected. I tried to surf the internet and check the answer of those questions which I gave and found out that everything was right. Not sure why they did that. I don't recommend this company where the HR just hide behind consultancy companies and never inform you about the feedback.
