Had worked for PepsiCo in the past and a position opened up to work on the Tropicana side as a route salesman and so I made contact with the HR in Simi Valley and sent them my resume and I was immediately given a interview date. They were very quick about the process and after one phone interview and another in person I was offered a job.

Most of the questions had to do with my past experience in dealing with customer service and working with handheld devices.
