Long process. Referred by agency. Had an interview with hiring manager and never heard back. The HM was very nice but the whole process was very long. Communication has lots of room for improvement.
Interesting, more focus of interview was on what you can bring to the company as a candidate vs. what the company could offer to the right candidate. The coordination of interview could have been better organized.
