AC had 4 stages: 1. group exercise about mobile banking app 2. role play - to gather information about wealth investor 3. individual computerised exercise - write 3 email (one was to correct language and tone of intern writing to manager within the same company, other was to reply to a complain made by a repeated customer, third was a proposal between two partnership companies, had to decide which company to partner up with and why) 4. 1:1 interview
