1. Unprofessional as they only notify for an interview 24 hours prior. As if they expect everyone to be available at such a short notice. First sign of poor HR.
2. Poor interview process which is very simple case study.
3. As a result, many undeserving people are a part of the department.
4. Huge discrepancies in salaries. As big as 100-150%. No rational explanation but only demand-supply scenario. Another sign of unprofessional HR/Company.
