The process was good start from interviewer asking question and follow by candidate question time. It would like going to understand on both parties, and would like to going hire the person when there is suitable.

You first have the CV screening -> Online Assessment -> Telephone Interview with a 3rd party interviewer i.e not from the NAO -> Assessment Centre, which is the final stage (in-person)

Online Assessment-HireVue-Call-Assessment centre.
Really well done application process. The offer took 5 months to come through after the process though. However apart from that all responses were very quick. Assessment centre included a written assessment for a case study, a group exercise, interview and a role play scenario.
