what should to do the bus driver about the customers services??
Over the top and condescending. Feels very performative. Especially considering they are paying minimum wage basically. And an even lower rate during training which takes weeks. You aren’t able to get your shift assigned until the end of training. Very little concern about employees and high vibes of you’re replaceable

Relaxed and calm environment mainly scenario questions on the wellbeing of passengers and duty of care towards passengers and other road users,heath and safety and your own well being, flexibility is key for this role as there are many varying shifts start times ect.
