I got the phone call asking me to come in for an interview, where they asked me a couple of questions about my schedule and why I was interested. Then I went for an in-person interview, with my future supervisor and the CFO/de-facto HR department. They were very pleasant, mostly asking me about my skills and my interest in the position. I heard back several days after the in-person interview.
