It was a basic 30-45 minute call with the team and then a short informal call with HR which seemed to be to gauge my personality and fit. I ended up hearing back from two positions at NGS and so HR asked me which one I would prefer.

I had one interview with my potential boss. It was just a half hour and she left plenty of time to ask questions. A week later, I got a follow call from HR and was offered the position.
