Applied online and the application itself asks for a recorded interview of yourself expressing why you want the job. I then received an email to complete a one-way video interview that consists of 7 questions and you have 3 minutes to answer each question. I received the email over a 3-day holiday weekend and the email asked for the interview to be completed within 3 days. The one-way interview is very awkward and I think is at the disadvantage of the interviewer. You don't have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel of the company culture. Instead your staring at yourself on camera not knowing how many people will watch and critique you. I asked for feedback and never received a response.
