It felt like a conversation, with an effort to get to know how I perform in high-stress situations. I learned later that they already had a team motto in mind and were interviewing to fit that motto. I believed that help them have a team that worked well together and had a positive attitude.

There was only one relatively short interview. The director I spoke with extremely personable and kind, and I felt very comfortable during the interview. The conversation flowed naturally and did not feel robotic at all.
