applied on line, I was called and was screened, I received a call from office manager, scheduled to see him following day. The interview lasted 30 min, I was than asked to interview with The Area manager at another location the following day . In this interview The Area manager asked her lab manager to sit in, This interview lasted 40 min. I was told I would receive a call from the office manager. Never Did. Not professional at all, It seams the best thing to say is we are still interviewing. It does not surprise me the reviews says it all.

Straight forward and all they ask is basic questions about your experience and pay. If no experience they offer the base pay. Overall not bad but there are better companies out there.

Entretien
The interview was after a walk-in regarding a hiring optician sign. I had applied online previously as well. Was interviewed the next day, and was told my background and skillset better fit a lab tech position. I agreed to an interview with the lab manager. I was called on my way home and offered the job based on my machining and engineering background.
Pay was kept lower at my request until a specific future date we agreed in writing it would be increased.
The date came and went with no increase.
Disappointed with lack of follow through.

Very Easy. Minimum Questions. Gave a tour throughout the building. Met with other workers who gave a brief description to see what all they did. Very very very very very very easy.
