Entretien
Very typical process, online application and assessment followed by phone then in person interview. I met with two gentlemen one was a manager and the other a top sales performer. They were very laid back and easy to talk to. I got a tour of the San Antonio location description of the job then was able to sit with an employee for a brief job shadow. I was ready to drink the nationwide kool aid. I interviewed exactly three weeks before the start date and was told by an employee she didn’t hear back until exactly two weeks before the start date. I NEVER heard back, I emailed the phone interview recruiter and almost immediately received a call from another recruiter but missed it. We played phone tag for two days for her to tell me a job would not be offered and gave no feedback. I was disappointed in their follow up

Star based questions. What was something you didn’t like about your last job and what did you do to change it? They asked three. The interviewee was very thorough in explaining the question and offered to repeat.
The process is smooth and fast to finished the interview, it took me for about 30mins to finished the entire interview process. It's better to try this one as well
Online applications, then online assessment, then online interview, then interview over the phone. Easy application, interviewers were friendly and make you feel at ease. . . . . . .
