I got an email saying that I met the minimum requirements and to take a test and email it back with my resume. When I got to the interview I felt that I did very well they had behavioral questions. I think the only reason why I didn't get offered the position was because I was fresh out of college and the interviewer mentioned something about my age several times

Entretien
It was a pretty long interview. A little over an hour. They asked 5 situational questions that were all very similar so it was hard to answer all 5 differently. Other than that it was very informative and they give you a lot of details about the job and the company.

Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Easy, and to the point. I was able to ask and get answers as to what packages for benefits they offer. They specify dates, training, and just the overall process.

Entretien
It took a a few weeks after applying for them to get back to me to set up an interview. once they got back to me i was able to schedule a phone screening and then i was called in to do a virtual interview.
