J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nationwide (Lynchburg, VA) en juil. 2013
Entretien
Lots of paperwork to fill out. Lengthy (45 min-1 hour) application process, 1-hour assessment, background check, pre-interview questionnaire, scheduled for interview, lengthy face to face interview, drug screen, follow-up phone interview, more paperwork to fill out online before starting. Most comprehensive and time-consuming hiring process I've come across. However, I actually enjoyed it. I got positive vibes from the company right off the bat. They seem to really care about who they hire.

Question 1
At the beginning of the interview they show you this folder. From it, you have to select three little cards that you feel best represent you. At the end of the interview you have to explain why you feel you are these things. It's pretty easy, though.
The process is smooth and fast to finished the interview, it took me for about 30mins to finished the entire interview process. It's better to try this one as well
Online applications, then online assessment, then online interview, then interview over the phone. Easy application, interviewers were friendly and make you feel at ease. . . . . . .
