I recently attended a 25-minute demo lesson with Native Camp but, unfortunately, was not interviewed during this time. I did not receive any feedback or further instructions afterward, which left me feeling unclear about the next steps. I hope the process can be improved for better clarity and communication with candidates.

The interview process was very smooth. You complete the second part of the application process with English competency quiz and a few background questions. Materials to prepare you for your video interview and demo lessons are provided in the form of YouTube videos. Overall the onboarding was easy and the recruit team member who helped me out was very sweet.
