Long, Drawn-out and incredibly contradictory. What they discussed in the interviews was not what they were putting into practice. Interview with CEO was one of the worst I've ever had, more-so because he was rude, answered a call mid-interview and didn't seem to listen to what was being said.

Interview was scheduled via email and they have 2 interviews, was chill in overall with quick feedback and some questions about design projects and you can get studio go through introducing in the final interview.

explain about one of your projects that represents your design value.
I got a phone interview after I emailed Native, it was very low key and chill, feels like a good conversation. The interviewer also gave feedback on my work, but it took them a while to respond and get back to me.
