Recruiter reached out to me after I gave my resume at a career fair, after about 2 months I got an online interview with a team lead and a current engineer. The questions seemed very formulaic, it wasn't conversational at all, like the interviewer was just trying to cover their bases. After the interview, I never heard anything back, no rejection nor acceptance.
