The second interview with a senior director to further assess your skills and experience. Finally, was a panel interview with multiple members of the team or organization to evaluate my overall fit and potential contributions to the company.
Disgusting culture of the recruitment team to not get back to candidates and not updating about the next step. the recruiter didn't even responded to messages i've sent to understand where do i stand. after checking with friends i understood its happening there all the time.

Initial screening with recruiter; meeting with hiring director; VP; C-level. This included a practical exercise and meeting a variety of individual contributors as well. Interviews were conducted both remote and in-person.

Interviewers didn’t seem to listen to my answers and weren’t friendly, got cut off mid-sentence. When I didn’t hear anything for weeks, I reached out and got an generic email that you usually get when you first apply. I would have loved to get actionable feedback for future applications.
