Interviewed with the same person 3 times over a 45 day period, then asked me to take the day off work, fly to LA and meet with another person. All in all, 60 days later I had an awful offer in hand for which I thought they were kidding. They knew all along what my compensation expectations were, and offered me a 40% cut from expectations. It was a huge blow, a waste of time and very unprofessional. I don't recommend this organization. They want top talent for peanut compensation. Very clear they do not value their employees.
