Interview was super easy! A lot of behavioral questions as others have mentioned “how would you deal with a a difficult co worker” type stuff. The interviewer was super nice and gave me feedback and agreed with me on my answers. In my offer they stated I scored high, way above benchmark, so they do use a point system to grade you.
