Applied online and sent assessment the same week. Within a week of completion received a phone call to setup an interview. The management were extremely nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They made me feel at home and I knew this was a place I wanted to make a career. They were so patient with my unloading of questions. I'd worked for a retail bank and knew what I did not want in an employer...and they understood that. All info of the job and benefits were given upfront. I was told I'd hear something soon and told to call if I had any questions. Within a week I got my call and offer letter and started two weeks later.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
