It was a delightful interview process. I had a phone interview with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview with both HR and the hiring manager. There was also an integrity test and a reference check. Everything went smoothly. HR and the hiring manager were friendly and clear throughout the process. It felt like they wanted to assess the fit without making the candidate feel uncomfortable. Communication was excellent and prompt, and they were open, flexible and understanding. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
