First round phone interview with former P&C Manager (newly promoted internally). I wasn't selected for progression to the next round but the experience and follow up phone call with feedback was extremely helpful and certainly not expected from a phone interview. I was really impressed and it certainly reflects well on Neami if this is the culture. I only wish I met their criteria as Neami still rates as somewhere I'd love to work.
