I applied online and process took 4 months. I had to wait too long between each step and and push for feedback. After series of interviews and waiting in between they have rejected me but the reasons for rejections were things on my cv and we have talked in the first call. If those were reasons to not hire then why waste time?

The first step was good. We spent a few minutes through the interview. The HR person was good. The gave a home assignment to complete. After completing task. They reported negatively on the assignment without any specifics. I think that whoever reviewed my code is not technically proficient
