I was contacted by a recruiter and took the interview over skype in english. After that i took 3 more calls for the technical stuff. The first one was more of a generic kind of interview, the usual stuff on databases and languages, the second one was more on object oriented programming principles and design patterns, the third one was focused on javascript. I then talked to the IT guy on the client side about Test Driven Development and scrum. Took about 2 weeks, very smooth.
