I received a phone call a few days after I applied. I spoke with someone in Human Resources, after a complete background check, I was offered the position of customer care representative.

I was called asked if I would be interested. My background check was done. Then I was told to take drug test. About an hour later accepted the job. Started 3 days later.

Everything was done over the phone or online. It was a phone interview that took about a week to schedule. After the interview was scheduled I received a called a we had a phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. It was a fairly easy process. I would rate it as a very average interview and it was not hard at all.
