It was pretty standard. There were a lot of questions regarding my social media presence. This is because they want their sales associates to bring in additional revenue streams. It was an individual two person interview.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
