A lot of case and brain teaser questions. Prepare for two cases for each interview. 4 interviews with 4 different people, no HR interviews mostly with Executives. One with principal, two with VPS and one with senior consultant.

It was more of a formality than anything else. I don't think they have a formal interview process. If they are in a project and they need someone really quick, they'll just do a brief interview. Everything seemed to have been decided before the interview
