The interview process was pretty straightforward. There was a preparatory video on the steps to carry out the interview successfully .there was also a video on the company Neodocto which gave me insights on how to answer some of the questions relating to Neodocto. The interview proper.the questions were direct and explanatory enough to understand,there was no limit on time so I had the change to think through all questions asked.there was as room to make corrections if there was the need.after the interview the messages at th end was encouraging and uplifting keeping my spirits high waiting for the next stage.The Neodocto interview process is standard helpful and educative.

The interview was straight to point, interesting and understanding. It wasn't a face to face interview which made it very easy to adapt with the questions. It had a flexible time for people to have time to think.
